This basic power cable kit is for use with our Starlink mounts for the 3rd brake light. This 16' wire harness also includes a 12v to 30v power booster to help keep the Starlink powered up. One end plugs into the Starlink power cable at the 3rd brake light, and then just run your choice of power to the input connections (any upfitter switch works). And then one wire to a ground lug. The best place for most trucks is at the passenger footwell area by the fuse panel.
